Returns & Exchanges

Eligible unopened items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, sealed, and returned with their original presentation materials.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@aurine.ae promptly with your order number and clear photographs so our care team can help.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
